Benue South Senatorial Re-run Election: Comrade Daniel Onjeh, the Senatorial Candidate of the All Progressive Party-APC, Benue South district has filed his petition before the Benue State / National Electoral Tribunal sitting in Makurdi the Benue State Capital. Part of the petition states that the APC and their Candidate believed they won majority of lawful votes cast, that INEC declared David Mark in Error as the number of purported votes that gave him victory were far less than the cancelled votes, hence he prayed the Tribunal to declare him outrightly as the right winner of the re-run election; the election was marred by violence, ballot snatching and ballot stuffing. He is now awaiting when the trial will commence as a Democrat who is confident in the rule of law and the fareness of the Judiciary!
